Dear Friends,
Many children around the world will not have a family to hold them close this Valentine’s Day. It will be a lonely day. We need to let them know that there is a world full of love surrounding them... love from strangers, from those who care, and from the countless hearts that wish and provide for their happiness and well-being. These orphaned children need to be seen, valued, and loved just as or own children.
Valentine's Day, often celebrated with gifts and affection, serves as a reminder that love doesn’t come in just one form. Sometimes, love is found in the kindness of a stranger, in the warmth of a friend’s smile or care... especially in time of need.
During this Valentine's Day, hope is an important gift this world has to offer, and it is as important as love. Restore a Child is committed to helping every orphan child continue to grow, chase their dreams, and discover the brighter days ahead. No matter the challenges, their past does not define their future. They can shape their own destiny.
On this Valentine’s Day, children need to know that there are hearts and hands, especially of our donors and friends, out there eager to support them and offer them a world of possibilities. Everything we do for children, abandoned, sick, or orphans, must communicate God's love.
Let us continue to keep our hearts open with opportunities that bring children and youth to know Jesus. Are you surprised by the LOVE we shower on children around the world? Thank you for helping us save lives.
With Deep Gratitude,
Norma Nashed
